disney vista card

Does anyone know if I could get a vista card that is a secure cards. Can I start it off with putting 1,000.00 on it?

I can't find anything or anywhere to ask the question on the chase website.

I am not sure what a VISTA card is but I think you are meaning the Chase Disney VISA credit card. As far as I know they are not offered as a secured card.

Thanks I did mean Visa. I was hoping I could preload it and then get some reward dollars.
