Is there anything that you have not been able to charge to your visa for the rewards?? Ex: electric company in my area takes cc but charges a $4.50 surcharge to do it.

My electric company does that too. I also can't charge my dental bills, he's a small town dentist. As far as I know none of my bank loans either; car and mortgage. Also my life insurance tho I know I can use it for my car ins (different companies). Car registration/plate renewal charges a $2 fee also. The kids lessons; karate, dance, gymnastics, summer camps.
