I am thinking of transfering my balance. IF I got my points and they send me the card do I still get to keep the points if I transfer the balance? Can I still keep the card if I trnasfer the balance?

I asume you mean you want to transfer the balance off of the Disney Visa and to another card??? No, after they have sent you the cards with the Disney Dollars on them I don't see that there is any way they could take them back. We used a lot of Disney Dollars from Visa on our last trip down, it was great!!!

They won't take your points. It's just like paying off your balance in full at the end of each month, which is what I do.
