Disney VISA special promos?

My Disney VISA bill always has a section, "Your Account Messages," that lists a cardmember ID and says to use this for special limited-time promotions. HOWEVER... when I go to the Chase site, I can't find any information about this or how to use it. Any idea what I should be doing or where I should be looking to access my promos?

Thanks... I was hoping that the offers were things like double points on certain spending categories (like dining or groceries). Oh well, good to know I haven't missed out on earning points!

I have had the Disney Visa since "Day 1" and never seen double points offers.

They do special promos like that once in a while but they tend to be highly targeted (read: most cardholders will never see one) and will be sent out via email or snail mail only.

It's been a few years since they've offered 2 or 3 times points. Miss those days! I used to rack up a ton of points during those quarters.
They ceased those offers when the "Premier Card" was offered.

I have had the Disney Visa since "Day 1" and never seen double points offers.

Same. I've never gotten double points offers on Disney VISA. Now I do get them on other cards but not Disney.

I've had the regular DV card for close to 10 years, a few years ago there was a targeted offer for 4% cash back ( I think) on Cable, cell phone, insurance maybe. I know I used the offer for my cable bill as they do not charge a fee for paying with a credit card. Ran for maybe 4 months.

I sometimes find limited time/$$ deals through the Chase app. I have four cards so have to check each individually; however, just got $3 back on a Starbucks $30 refill using the Disney Visa. There's not much most of the time for items I purchase.

I just logged into the Chase app this morning and discovered these deals as well. I don't know how long they've been offering them but I was surprised. Mine had deals for Starbucks, Mitchell's Fish Market, Valvoline, Harry & David's and several more that I can't remember. I don't foresee me using any of the ones they had listed currently. I'll have to check back when those deals are expired and see if anything new pops up.

I'm not sure how often they change. I currently have 10 offers ranging from expiring in 6 days to 36 days and everywhere in between.

They change about once a month. But you have to check often. I have a few that I have used recently.

Back on October 12th we were at Crystal Arts on Main Street USA and my dad was using his card for a purchase. The CM said they are not a part of the program so had to pay in full.
