Where is the "manage rewards" on the website? Am I the only one who can't access their rewards account? I called the help line, and they gave me the www.moredisneyrewards.com website, but that has a message saying that it won't be up until the end of the month. I am planning a trip and would like to know exactly how much I have to spend!

When you've logged into your account. You want to click the drop down box directly under "Account Actions". There you will find "manage rewards". This will open up a new page and on the bottom you will see "View Rewards Balance". :flower1:

Have you tried this today? I have done it in the past, but now the manage rewards option is missing from the drop down menu.

I was doing it while posting to make sure I got the steps right. So it worked for me. I don't know why you can't see yours???

All I can say is try it again later. The FirstUSA/Bank One website has deteriorated recently, as well as their customer service overall. I gather it is from Bank One's influence, and I now DESPISE Bank One with a passion! (Never had really strong feelings about any credit card company before, but the site is either screwed up or down OFTEN and as someone who likes to access their account to check on things and for making payments it is extremely frustrating. The wait times for customer service are ridiculous and the reps themselves seem to be either clueless and/or very rude.

I am carrying a promotional balance at 1.9% on a card that is now Bank One. I intend to pay it off and close out that account. I am tentatively planning to keep my Disney Rewards card but if I continue to have problems with them it may not be worth it. I think I have had more problems with Bank One in the last few weeks than with any company I have dealt with EVER.

I found out why the "manage rewards" was missing from my account...my account was on hold because Paypal had 15 authorizations for the same amount go through in 2 minutes.

Interesting that the only thing I couldn't access was my reward account, all other information was there. It would be nice if they had a note on my account when I logged in telling me that my account was on hold and to call them.

Don't be surprised if you can't access your account at all. My husband and I both had problems access our (separate) accounts. It kept telling me that my user id/password was wrong. Well, I have had and used the id and password for years and knew that they were correct. Customer service claimed no knowledge of what was wrong. I kept playing around with it and finally it let me access my account but only after putting in tons of personal information and changing my password. When I had to create a new password I noticed that it required one longer than the one I have used previously with 1st USA, so maybe that was their way to force everyone to change??

My husband's account had a similar problem a couple of weeks later. At least then I knew what to do, although it was a pain. Then a few days later one of his two accounts "disappeared" and when he called to check they told him it was because of a security hold. They said that he had two charges in one day and they put this hold on. Two in one day. Each less than $50. What is unusual about that? No attempt to contact him, just removed access to the account from the internet. What?! Why?! Apparently they wait until you realize that there is a problem and call them, they do not try to contact you. Thanks a lot. NOT. Morons.

Try calling them. I called yesterday to order my Disney visa Rewards Card, got a thorough update on what my rewards were ( which was correct) quickly and with no problem.

Note that Bank One is now owned by JPMorgan Chase.

And earlier today the entire site was down. I had $0.00 in my checking account and owed $0.00 on my mortgage! When I tried to call (which I have called many a time and got great service) there was a pre-recorded message that said the on-line stuff was down and no customer service reps were available to take calls or questions. So obviously something has been wrong. My checking account hadn't been updated since Dec 30 and normally is instant.

I just checked and everything (including my Disney card) is working fine and is up to date.

Just FYI.
