Disney VISA Rewards

In the past, I have been able to log onto the Disney Visa website and view my rewards total under the category Manage Rewards. For the past few days, maybe even weeks, I have been unable to do so. I e-mailed customer service and was told that they had recently completed an upgrade and everything should be okay at this time. Once again, unable to view the rewards. Then I called customer service and was told by a web tech that this information was unavailable .... and she was unable to provide more information than that.

Anyone have any light they can shed on this?

I was able to check mine on Friday - no problem at all........

I checked mine today and transfered reward dollars to my card with no problems.

I can view them okay......but STILL no double rewards were posted.
