Are reward dollars good toward the purchase of park ticket upgrades?

We are going in December and would like to upgrade our 7 day ph tickets to AP's for our July trip. I have quite a few reward dollars and would like to use them towards the upgrade fees. Is this possible?

I had no problems doing a ticket upgrade back in January and I paid for it with rewards dollars. It wasn't an AP but I don't see that it would be a problem.
