Disney Visa Rewards Help

I am wanting to use my rewards that we have been saving to pay for the down payment of a DCL for 2012. If I order the rewards card and make the down payment, the rewards card will expire Dec of 2011, if for some reason we have to cancel the cruise say in 2012( I plan on going in OCT) Will they issue me a new rewards card? They can't transfer it back to the old card it would be expired. I could possibly transfer the down payment to a new cruise. I am really stumped on this one. Anyone???

Your best bet would just call them directly and ask, because your question certainly has me stumped.

OK from looking at the other thread about the rewards card I could buy a Disney gift card with my rewards card and then use that. The Disney gift card doesn't expire. That sounds like a better idea. Glad I talked myself through this! lol!!!
