My rewards card has expired with an expiration date of 12/04. I have not received a new one. Do they automtically send you a new one, or do you just order a new one (with a new rewards number) on-line? I viewed my rewards balance, and have some to transfer before our upcoming trip. The website appears to give me the option to transfer rewards dollars to my expired card. I don't want to do that since it's expired, and I have not received a replacement card. If I order a new card, does the old card get removed from the "manage rewards" page on the website??
BTW, I don't know why the stupid RC has an expiration date, except to possibly rip-off the customer.
