Disney Visa Rewards at the Character Outlets?

Anyone know if the Rewards card can be used for purchases at the Character Outlet stores in the Orlando area?

Can you use Disney dollars at the outlets? I would think that might give you a better idea. I never thought to ask them.

I used ALL my rewards at the big tent sale at the Belz Mall last Spring. You can definitely use them there.
