Disney Visa Rewards....again :(

I tried to find the answer to my question, but there's only 24 hours in a day and I have spent way too much of that time trying to search for it!

I already have a Disney Visa, but we got one addressed to our family that has the $200 gift card offer. I figured I'd have my husband apply to get the gift card. My question is whether we can use the Rewards card for our TS tips. Does anyone know?

Just to echo the PP, we've used our rewards at several DO/O restaurants both to tip and pay the bill.

What about Downtown Disney restaurants and stores? We have reservations at T-Rex and would love to be able to use my Disney Rewards there.

I am not sure of T-Res but you can use it at the DTD stores. The easiest frame of reference is if they accept a Disney Gift Card then they will accept the Disney Reward Card

We got this offer too. It came in the mail and it was only for the addressee.... it appears to be ramdom mailings. The code has to match the name printed on the offer, so in other words, it can't be shared.

Yes, you can apply for this offer even if you already have a Disney Visa. If you are approved, you will get the $200 rewards. We just did!

That's what we're going to do! We like the rewards card that DH has, and I like my DV for getting rewards for our trips. We'll buy one little thing and get $200....now that's my kinda deal!!!

Man, I want the offer too! I got my DV as soon as the program started, which was quite awhile ago. My card says "Day One" and I got a special pin. Big whoop! Ever since then, there have been lots of cash rewards for signing up, but nothing for the loyal folks who have been using Chase/DV all these years. WAAAHHHHH!! I want the offer!!

We had an additional card offer that I tried to put through last night....it didn't go through, silly me, the offer expired in December!

To be honest, I am not sure how I got the first offer. It came in my madien name, which I haven't used in many years......and the name on the offer has to match the invitation offer and your zip, it is a generically offered pin.
