Disney Visa Reward dollars?

Okay, I maybe crazy, but I thought I read somewhere that you could get your Disney Visa reward dollars at City Hall. Or is just Disney Dollars you can get there? HELP!

Here are the locations you can get a rewards card at DL:

Disney's California Adventure® Park Guest Relations Lobby
Disney's California Adventure® Park Guest Relations at the entrance to the Park
Disneyland® Park Guest Relations at City Hall
Disneyland® Park Guest Relations at the entrance to the Park

You can get the rewards card at the locations that were listed in the thread. Once you get the card, you can just call Chase Customer Service line and give them the rewards card number and they will transfer your rewards dollars to the card while you are on the phone

I was going to ask this question too. So you get the card and then you call to activate/transfer money?

I have a triped planned in November but since I am going with someone else the trip is not a for sure thing. My guess is we won't know "for sure" until about 2 weeks (maybe a month) before hand. I am afraid to order the card now just incase.
