Disney Visa referral application question

On the Disney Visa referral application, where both the applicant and the referring member get $25 in rewards, the referral form says for the applicant to enter a code AND the referring member's ID. But on the application, there is only a box for the referring member ID. So do you enter XXXX (code) and then XXXXXX (member #), like XXXX XXXXXX ? Or is it all one, like XXXXXXXXXX ? Is the code for the $25? I mean, without it does the person not get the $25?

As long as you enter the person's ID, you'll be fine. The website is specific to that offer, so you don't really need the code.
