Disney visa rate?

Does anyone have any information on the new Disney Visa rate? My sister just received a flyer in the mail that says if she signs up for a visa she can get a 7 night dreammaker package for the price of 4 nights. (Can you say Fairy Tale Magic?)
Do you know how many rooms can be booked at that rate?

The people on the phones at Disney don't really have a clue about this offer. It's very new and it depends on who you talk to.
