Disney Visa Photo Ops

I saw that you can add these photo ops to your plans, but it keeps telling me no times are available for our dates, but then it also says it isn't a reservation.

If I can't add it to my plans, does it mean they aren't doing them?

No reservation needed. Just show up and show them your card and they will let you in. Epcot opens at 1Pm until like 7 or so.

Does anyone know what Minnie is wearing at the Epcot one since the 50th ended? Is she back to her red dress?
