Disney Visa Passholder Backpack?

I saw the ad for the Disney Passholder backpack in my Mickey Monitor and I really want it. It looks like the only way you can get it is to sign up for the Disney Visa, which I already have. I looked on eBay and no one is selling it there. Does anyone know another way to get this backpack, I'd love to use it in the parks! -Stephanie

I wondered about that, too. It doesn't seem fair. I signed up for the Visa when they didn't offer anything.
