Disney Visa movie preview

Sorry, the search function is disabled and I can't find the old thread about this. Has anyone received anything about the preview for Princess Diaries 2? I know the date is getting very close, and I still have no e-mail about this.

Anyone get a reply yet?

No I posted yesterday asking and no one seems to have heard anything yet...you would think they would give a little notice!

I don't remember what the date of the movie is. But last time I did this I think they emailed me about 10 days ahead of time with my "tickets"

If I read it right, they will email you if you get the tickets and will not contact you at all if you missed out on them.

I just checked the website again that was the link from the Disney Visa site and it looks like a bunch of the cities are gone that were there previously. The dates and times are listed for the movies so I would think the email should have gone out already. We asked for Portland and it has been removed from the list (I'm very disappointed!).

I just logged back on and read the responses. I'm going to go check on the Disney Visa site and see what's going on. I agree, it would be weird if none of us got tickets here. I'm going to check it out.

Okay, I just looked, and it seems as though about half of the cities are gone from the list. I'm realizing that I won't be going now. I did think of this---it's possible that some of the cities didn't fill up enough to justify having the preview there. That's just my take. I wish I could order the tickets for my daughter's cousins in Houston. They would surely enjoy the movie, but I can see that I would have to be present and that is not possible.

This is my first experience with this movie preview thing. Is this usually the way it goes?

I did this twice last year before the Disney Club ended, for "Brother Bear" and "Haunted Mansion".

I found out that as the theaters fill, the cities are removed from the list. Then the invitations are sent out (really late IMHO), and you print the invitation to get access to the theater.

Bags are also searched for recording devices.

I had posted this question the other day too. No one seems to have gotten any yet. I know they usually wait till close to the date, but it's a week from tomorrow, and it would be nice to make some plans.

I just wanted to let everyone know I finally received my movie tickets via email for the Philadelphia screening.

I received my invitation today for Charlotte, NC.

It's the closest location to Charleston, SC.
