Disney Visa Minimum Fee

I know it's petty but has anyone else noticed that Disney Visa has started applying a $1.50 minimum monthly fee to thier account. It just ticks me off that even with paying it off every month they are still getting something from me.

NOooo . where ? i don't see it on ours.
