Disney Visa Meet and Greet in DCA

We're getting ready for our first DLR trip this February, and I was wondering where the Disney Visa meet and greet is in DCA. What are the hours? Is it usually crowded? Thanks for the help!

Next to the Monster's Inc. ride. It takes place behind what is currently labeled as the End of the Line Club for the evening Electronica event.

Times are 1/2 hour after park opening for 1 1/2 hours, which usually means 10:30 AM - noon.

Usually Pluto for 1/2 hour, then Chip and Dale, then Pluto again.

Not usually crowded, although the line was 10 people deep once during spring break. Most of the times we have been though, we have simply walked up or waited for only one other family.

If you have the Disney branded rewards credit card from Chase (I think) you can go to this exclusive meet and greet once a day and get a free character photo. It is at DCA and also at EPCOT at WDW.

I'm assuming you get the photo at DCA, that is what is included at EPCOT.
