I just received an email that is offering to AP's with the purchase of DVC by 5/31/09

I wonder if this can be combined with Disney's current offer?

Most on here are saying that the answer is no. But I put in an email to my guide to just verify that. Still waiting to hear back. I think that he is off on Wednesday and Thursdays but will post what I hear from him tomorrow.

I do not see anything about the disney visa promo. can someone tell me what it is all about? thanks

I figured this to be the case - the price per point discount is much better

Thanks

Buying in to DVC, Disney Visa card holders, who put their 15% down payment on the card, will receive 2 AP's in addition to the $8.00 off incentive being offered to those that buy at least 160 points (new members).

However, if you choose the passes, you would not be eligible for the cruise or the additional points price reduction.

I just received the same email. I am expecting to speak with my guide tomorrow. I will let you know.

Here is what the email says:

I just got an email from my Disney Visa about the AP's. I am going to talk to my Guide about it tomorrow, when she calls me, I am totally going to ask if I can use both incentives even though I already know the answer, it can't hurt to try. LOL.

Have you verified it's valid on a 50 pt purchase for members? That's the equivalent of almost another $15 off. Add that to the $8 and you have BLT for $89/pt.

It mentioned a minimum that I would have assumed to be at least 100 pts for current members.

Sorry, I just re-read it and I realize my statement isn't clear. I meant to say that existing members can get the $8.00 off at the 50 point level. I don't know the level for the AP's and should not have put that in the same sentence.

Thank you for clarifying it--I will edit my original post.
