Disney Visa - how quick rewards?

Can't search, so I'm hoping you guys can help.

I'm scheduled to leave Dec. 16....my next "billing cycle date" is Dec. 10th. If I put the PHP's and room charges on my Visa NOW will I be able to get a reward card before I leave?

I think I remember reading that they can put it "on your account" and somehow you can access it once you get to WDW, if there isn't enough turnaround time to mail it.

Any help greatly appreciated!!! I'm getting SOOOOO excited!

Do you already have 20 points in your account? If so, you can order the card now (it should take 1-2 weeks to arrive) and then you can add the additional points (as long as you have 10) after your next statement date--before the actual bill arrives in the mail. You can add them online or call once your closing date has passed.

Otherwise, I think you can just go to Guest Services at DD and ask for the card then. Then you call and get the points added. At least that's what I remember reading. I can't remember who did that now though....
