Disney Visa help needed

I tried to do a search but couldn't find the answer to what I was looking for.

I just applied for a Disney Visa over the internet. It was processing and then went to a screen that said the webpage wasn't available. I couldn't back out and try again or refresh or anything. I tried looking for a phone number to call but I don't know who to call. I have no idea if I was approved or not. I gave them an email addy but I haven't gotten anything yet.

Do they send an email or do I just have to wait to see if we get something in the mail?

This is so frustrating. I was hoping I could use it to pay off the balance on our vacation and start earning points towards the next vacation.

Can anyone help me figure this out? TIA!!

Try calling 800-300-8575. That is the number for Cardmember services and they may be able to help you.
