Disney VISA free dining code QXZ

my wife and i had POP from 12/14-12/21 with tickets for $856. now we have the same with dining for $1116. not really 'free' dining, but a definitely reduced price that allows us to try the program out. i was only on hold for about 2 minutes too. :)

It is free. The original price you had was with a discount. If you go on Disney's site and price out a rack rate vacation you will see that it is free + I believe people are not only getting free dining but also a room discount with the values. Your lucky. They aren't offering the room discount for the deluxes w/ this code only free dining.

I was able to use the code for 11/20-11/24 at POP. I originally booked room-only and looking at menus I figured for 4 nights, 5 days out of pocket dining would be $300. I used the code, booked a package with 1 day base tickets (for 3 of us) for only $123 more! So not only do I save $200 on food, but I have park tickets for next trip!

We are going to Poly from 11/24 - 11/30 so 1st I tried to book Poly for the entire stay 11/20-11/30 but it wouldn't work for the whole stay.

same here - hit the voice prompted menu which takes me forever to navigate (which I can't stand).

Why do they ask you the questions if the CM will ask them over again?

THAT whole thing was SOOO frustrating!

It took 2 or 3 minutes to even get to the point where I was on hold.

Then I got the nicest CM to help me ... he really was very pleasant. And he was very thorough. VERY thorough. We had a bit of a language barrier, which made it take that much longer. 25 minutes later, and I got my reservation.

One odd thing: I entered my phone number, just as I have every other time I've ever called CRO ... the same phone number every time. Today, the information for our family was really old? 10 years old? It was weird.

I just booked the disney visa free dining at pop for 12/14-12/18 and I did not get a 20% discount on the room. The price was exactly the same as the the regular quote on Disney.com. Has anyone been successful in booking the free dining with 20% off?

I'm not sure mine was a 20% discount. It might have been, I'm not good at math. LOL

Pop Century
September 30-October 8
2 adults, 2 children (13,6)
1 day base ticket
rack rate: $1161.84
QXZ: $1046.64

difference: $115.20 (14.40/night)

That has happened to me before too. They said they had a different phone number and address from 3 years ago when we lived in NJ. Funny though we have been to Disney 4 times since moving here and they have had the right phone number and address every other time I called. They probably send my discount pins to the old address  .

I thought the exact same thing about the PIN codes! I'm certain we've been missing out all this time! :lmao:

Wow, that's only $40/day...how'd you manage that??

my wife doesn't eat very much so we shared many of our meals. we ate at quite a few TS restaurants, but always split a meal. we probably won't eat all of the food this time, but my wife really wants to try lots of things so this way, we can.

Just off the phone with nice CM and we are currently booked at WL Dec 13 for 6 nights AAA room only standard. She is showing no availability with that promotion at WL in any room type. She mentioned the Boardwalk but we have our heart set on WL and really have a good rate but would probably save around $400 if we got the free dining even if we had to do a room upgrade. She did mention that she thought since this promotion just came out this am that Disney has not opened up many rooms as of yet. She did mention that it would be a good idea to try back later today as she thought more rooms would be open by then. Just passing along to anyone who didn't get what they wanted this am. May want to try again this afternoon.

The free dining isn't available on the 13th but it is for the rest of your dates.

Has anyone booked a deluxe yet and was it less than rack rate? Figuring out if I can upgrade, but it depends on the % off I guess. I booked free dining with the pincode that was sent to my email 2 weeks ago. Our package seems like it is the same deal as this one. We already have 7 day hoppers with water parks so only needed 1 day tickets. CBR preferred room for 8 nights (2 adults a children) 1 day tickets and free dining $1769 !!

We had the package discount for fall booked originally. It was room discount, 1 day tickets, and dining plan. Our savings was $353 with the free dining  .

I did realize it wasn't good until the 14th and was moving my dates until the 14th but still nothing at WL. Hoping by this afternoon maybe some rooms open up with the discount.

We got some more pixie dust!!!!! Originally had booked with the fall discount MYW, with 2 adults, just a 1-day base ticket, w/ dining plan, 7nights in Oct at CSR for $1465.06..... which had already saved us over $500...... called just now and gave the QXZ discount, bringing my total DOWN to $1326.88, refunding me $138.18!!!!!!! I am SO HAPPY! Thank you disboards!!!! What a deal!!

I had gotten the free dining pin code and our pkg for CR garden standard, 1 day base tix dining and ins was $1567 for 4 nights/5 days.

Just got off the phone with a CM that told me it would go up about $20 using the new discount code. :confused3 Can't figure out how/why, but I got a good price to begin with so I'm not going to mess with it.

How long does it take to get the email confirmation? I am still waiting 30 minutes later.:confused3

I'm calling. My AAA TA says it doens't work since I'm checking in on 11/22. Looks like some of you are getting the deal past the last day.

I'm totally confused. On Mousesavers it says this discount is 20% off rack rate for room plus free dining. But when I got my code applied this morning there is no room discount. Anyone know the deal?

I am so happy to read that the "free" dining was also an increase for others. I booked with the fall codes for 11/10-11/17 and went back and forth between pop century and CBR finally decided on pop and total package for my family with 3 day PH was $1450, now with free dining was $1736...it still works out to be a deal when considering original ressie was for around $2300 with dining plan. Really will be nice to have everything included. Thanks DIS for the heads up!:woohoo:
