Are there currently any disney visa discounts or incentives to book a cruise with their card?

You get 6 months interest free.

I think they now have a discount at the stores if you spend over 50 dollars. Means nothing for gold or platinum cruisers thou. But don't know if you have to book the cruise with a Disney card or just have that as your credit card on file for on board.

Yes, the $50 beverage credit was the last promotion. It ended in 2016.
