Disney Visa Discount

There are a lot of restaurants included on the list of 10% off with a Disney Visa. Is that for any meal of the day, or just dinner? I know there are blackout dates, but they shouldn't affect us.

We have visited at different times of the day to the same place and always got the discount.

Go to mouseperks.com and view the list with the red mouse ears. If it's for lunch only, it will have and "L" beside the discount amount. If it's for Dinner only, it will have a "D". If there's nothing beside the discount amount, it's for all meals.
