Disney Visa discount for sea raycers?

I thought I read somewhere that there is a 15% discount on Sea Raycers and other rentals if you use your disney visa, does anyone know if this is accurate? And if you have to actually pay with the card or if you can just show it? TIA

We got a discount on them with our package. I am unaware of any Disney Visa disc though.
