Disney Visa Discount and Apple Pay

Maybe a weird question, but am I able to get my Disney Visa discounts (and access to the Meet and Greet) if I use the card on Apple Pay? Ideally, I'd like to not have to carry around a ton of cards, and I only use that card if I'm getting a discount (I have other cards with better rewards programs). It'd be really nice to be able to just show it on my iPhone.

Does Disneyland accept Apple Pay? I remember reading that WDW was supposed to start accepting it around Christmas time and DLR was going to follow suit sometime in 2015.

That might answer the question! I thought I remembered seeing that WDW and DLR integrated Apple Pay, but I may have been wrong!

Is there any NFC payment in DLR?

I honestly don't know if there are any NFC payment methods in DLR.

In terms of the Disney Visa card itself, in the past, I always had to use the card to get the discount. I asked once about using cash and the CM said the purchase has to be made using the Disney Visa.

If you want your free picture you have to show the physical card to the CM in charge.

I agree with agamble they ask you to show your Disney visa for the meet n greet

No Apple pay is at at DL as of this past week, but it is supposed to come this year sometime.
