Hey all...
Got a call today from Chase regarding our Disney Visa account. Apparently, they were notified that our account had been compromised
(I'm going to guess from the whole Home Goods hacking). She went over a bunch of recent charges to make sure no one had been using the card. I was very relieved about that.
They immediately cancelled the account and said they would send new cards in five days. My dh is going away tomorrow, so she offered to FedEx new cards out to us.
I have to say, I was impressed with the way they handled it. In a way, it's funny because we are still using our old Bank One cards - we never bothered to upgrade to the new Chase designs - so, now I get a new card.
Has this happened to anyone else? I have used my Amex at Home Goods (I never shop at Marshall's or TJMaxx, so those stores weren't an issue for me). I haven't heard from Amex yet. I wonder if I should call.
