In my experience since they lengthened the operating times, the later hours have been dead. Go after 5pm and you'll probably be a walk up or wait no more than 1-2 parties ahead of you.

It always seems to have longer lines mid-day since many people stay in FW until dinner time and then move to WS for the evening.

That will work out for me b/c I tend to tour Epcot the opposite way. I think it's just me naturally moving away from where the crowds are.
