The location has NOT changed! I just got back and the Disney Visa Character Meet and Greet is still in the same place in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot area between Monsters, Inc. and the Studio Catering Co. You still access it the same way from Sunshine Plaza.
Their current schedule starts 1/2 hour after DCA opens and runs for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, depending on the crowds. Pluto takes the first shift then Chip & Dale step in for the second shift. The third shift at the Meet & Greet photo session is Pluto again.

I'm curious is the spot in DCA right next to the old Hollywood and Vine eatery? I ask because there is a wall around the front of it as they prepare to turn it into Flynn's Arcade for ElecTRONica.

The Photopass CM told me last week that the Disney Visa Character Meet and Greet will not be moving during construction. It will remain in the same place in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot area between Monsters, Inc. and the Studio Catering Co.
