Disney Visa Character Meet and Greet Epcot/Donald at AK

Have they resumed the character meet and greets at Epcot for Disney Visa card members?
Also, I looked up meeting Donald at AK in the Dinoland area and it says currently not available but my co worker was there last week at AK and met Donald in that location? Thank you!

Mickey and Goofy are switching off with Minnie and Pluto in 50th anniversary costumes at Epcot's Disney Visa meet. It's back near the Figment ride.
