We booked out trip for Sept 2014 back in Oct. we put the deposit on my husbands non disney credit card. Does the balance qualify for the 6 month financing if paid with the Disney visa, or does the whole trip (including deposit) need to be paid with the Disney card?
Also, I booked all our dining online with a nonDisney card. If I remove that one to add my Disney Visa, will this affect my reservations?

Thanks!

you call the members help line. This is a technical question that people on the board may not have run into. The language I have read has included the term "booked", but they may have a broader definition or they may be willing to view it differently for a new customer.

It seems logical that the balance paid on the Disney Visa would fall into the six month category, but some businesses are not logical. (That is not directed at the Disney Visa in particular.) I would not hesitate to ask to speak to a manager if the first attempt is unsuccessful.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I'm wondering if I can leave the deposit on another card and pay with the disney visa for the remaining balance to get the 0%

I paid our deposit with a Discover card, but I called them back and asked them to refund the deposit to Discover and charge the deposit on Disney Visa. I called Visa and they said the Disney vacation charged to the card should automatically go to the 0% vacation promotion. We'll see.

As long as the charge says Walt Disney Travel Company(or something like that)you will be in business!
