Yesterday, I got in the mail a postcard telling me I was qualified to receive 3x disney rewards $ for a certain period of time, but that I had to "enroll" online or by calling.
Anyone know why they have the silly "enrollment" process?
The only thing I can think of is that by forcing a cardholder's proactive participation in the process, they can advertise that they have lots of extras and boni associated with the card, but rely on the fact that not everyone (or maybe even only a small percentage of people) will click to participate so the aggregated reward payout for them will be very small despite the hype.
