Disney Visa 09/28 - 12/23 Code

It came on a piece of paper, tri folded.

Snow White & Prince on the outside. It said "We just love happy endings, dont you?"

Inside it said We have special rates for Special Disney Visa Cardholders like you etc..etc...it gave special rates for some hotels and said to call for special rates on Deluxe....I called and ta da!

I too have a Disney Visa but haven't received one of these. I sure hope I get something. We could really use a discount on our Oct trip. I have never received anything in the mail for special rates.

Just curious as we will be staying at POP from 10/30 - 11/07 and I'm really, really hoping for a discount ! I saw another thread that mentionned $69 for the value resorts.

We didn't get anything either and we were one of the 1st Disney Visa cardmembers!

Oh well I'm still hoping for at least an AP rate. We have a good rate at BWI right now. Dh is running the TOT 13K and they had a rate for participants of $281 (plus tax) for a standard room. I'd be willing to go a little higher with an AP rate for YC/BC, Poly or GF.

You just know that my insanity will have me checking this thread at 8:01 am tomorrow, even though whatever the rates are I can't do anything about it but wait for them to be available to the public! And patience is not my strong suit.............

I am in the same boat as most. I have a Disney Visa as well and didn't receive any codes. We have a trip booked 11/28-12/06. I wouldn't mind trying to upgrade for once if the discounts were good.

Woo Hoo! No black out dates! Thanks for sharing the info Disney1975! Hopefully the code that comes out for all disney visa holders will be the same.

We're staying AKL CL 12/10-14! We're hoping for a pin code as well. Between the DV and AP, we've got to get something right???

I got the disney visa fall brochure today. I was thinking yipeee a code. Theres no code that i see and the only pin is the tinkerbell pin being sold to disney visa holder. I get several pieces of mail about the rewards card, i get disney movie e-mails and other disney insider newsletter but no codes

If i dont get a code soon then guess i'm outta luck. I'm just so annyoed with all the waiting games.

For those of you who are planning on going at the beginning of December (same time as us), where are you planning on booking if/when you get your code? We were at the WL, but changed to CSR to save a bunch of money. We are okay staying at the CSR but i'll be happy to upgrade if I get a code. Looks like poly, GF, Contemporary, WL, BC, AKL and many more are already completely booked.

Are you guys just planning on using the code to save money where you already have reservations?

I am booked at the GF and I am not moving if I can't get a code. I have always wanted to stay there at Christmastime (but an extra discount would have been a nice bonus!! )

No code here either…I was so excited when the mail came yesterday & there was an envelope from Disney Visa. Oh well….at least it wasn’t a bill.

I am anxiously waiting with my fingers crossed for our trip November 30th to December 6th!

We ended up biting the bullet and changing our resort plans today. We did a major upgrade to our trip today. Quite frankly, I was floored to find a AAA discount available for 2 rooms at the CR in December, but I was able to take advantage of it and I was even told there were two more AAA discounts left that would apply during our dates.

The point of this though is that I changed one of our deposits from another cc to the Disney Visa cc, so that if the Disney Visa Code comes out and is something that would save us more money. She acted like it's a package code and coming soon, so keep your eyes open!

Our trip is Nov 30-Dec 7th. Right now I'm booked at CSR with a TA and I'm paying rack rate but honestly we thought the entire trip would cost much more so we are okay with that. I've also talked to a AAA agent and I can save another $200 by switching to her, but I thought I would wait until some codes start rolling out by disney visa or Disney before I switched TAs. I'm happy with the one I have and she has helped me a lot.

I was trying to figure out how everyone was planning on upgrading if everything is booked already. BTW, is that a bad sign as far as crowds go that everything is booked? I was hoping to go at a slightly slower time. I don't even know if I would try to upgrade or just stick it out at CSR and hope to save some more money.
