I don't completely agree...why? I think people fixate entirely too much on price only. Then, I hear too many reviews that the home wasn't well stocked, not enough towels, very basic amenities, that sort of thing. Bottom line, if you have a small fortune invested into your rental home in furniture, amenities, that sort of thing, you have to charge enough to offset the costs. Sure, there's deals to be had, but all too often, you get what you pay for!
I would be very wary of renting the cheapest home I find in any resort....I'd certainly be willing to spend a very few dollars extra per night to get a 5* accomodation versus a 3* basic version.
Compared to the cost of a Disney Deluxe room, $275/night is actually less expensive!
I'm just saying be careful, and take a good long look at what you're buying, and ask lots of questions about the amenities and furnishings. Most important of all is the MC they use.
