Disney Videography??

I know that Ive seen many posts on the likes and dislikes of Disney Photography...thats one reason why we decided to go outside and hire the Arndts. But I searched around and couldnt find many threads talking about the videography they provide. We looked at the pakages and since our ceremony is at the WP we figured we at least wanted to have that filmed and then we talked about bumping it up to the middle package to add the reception as well.

Any body have any..good or bad...thoughts on disney videography???

When I looked into booking DFTW Videography I didn't like how you couldn't even request music for your video -- they basically use certain tracks and that is it. With the limitations we decided to just do Starfruit for our ceremony only and not have any reception video. If you are having a non-park ceremony and reception, take a look at Starfruit Productions -- that's who I ended up booking. I just wasn't feeling very excited about DFTW video based on past videos I have seen. This is, however, just my two cents/opinion. You just have to go with what you are comfortable with!

I for one am more than thrilled we used Disney Videography for our wedding! it came out absolutely gorgeous and with such attention to detail. Its Disney, so its not just a basic recording of your wedding, its telling a story, your story into a fairy tale. Our package was just for the ceremony, but it included the cake and champagne celebration and our first dance etc. I am not sure what was the case with one of the previous posts, but we were able to choose the music we wanted for our video. In fact, they tell you to limit it to 3 songs, but we really wanted 5 and they ended up using all of them! We were more than happy, my Husband and family loved the video. I have everyone asking for copies. It was everything we hoped it would be. I also used their photography and am super pleased as well. I would use them all over again. When we have our VR's in the future we will definitely use Disney for pictures and video! You can always talk to them, they do a lot to accommodate your wants and needs on your big day!
