Hi all

Ordered my vid ages ago on the telephone number but it never turned up so i have done it again on the web (still has not come), has anyone else had this problem?

I am wondering if it is because i ordered one a while ago and it was the old one just before the add came out do you think that could be the case????

Also does universal have a new one, as I ordered that and it was the one i already had.

This is exactly the same that happened to me - ordered what I thought was the new one - only for the 'old' video to arrive. So, tried again,
ordered on the web........nothing
....phoned....nothing......
ordered again on the web and eventually one arrived - just one, not 3 that I had ordered

I'll probably get home to find half a dozen lying on the doormat one day.....

Just keep trying.........

Got home tonight and it has arrived (unbelieveable)!!! oh well at least it has turned up.

that sounds very familiar strange dont you think, i wonder how many i will end up with.

Cant wait to watch will cheer me up while i am doing the ton of ironing!!

Ours arrived this morning as well - forgot it had been ordered. There are some clips on it that must be about 3 or 4 years old.

However, it brightened up my lunch hour...

I thought there were a lot of old clips in the video too. I have the past 5 or 6 years worth of Disney Videos and I think they are all more or less the same - with the exception of all the new things they add each year!!!

It still makes me smile though............

I agree that the videos are nothing compared to the reality, but hey, wouldn't that just spoil the real experience if they were!!!
I still like to watch them though (along with my previous 2 home movie versions - maybe I should market them!!).
I have tried the universal link but doesn't work - shall try it again later.
My disney vid arrived quite quickly but still haven't received my virgin vid and i ordered it in August - shall phone again, thanks for the number as I have misplaced it.

I have now requested my universal vid, cheers.

I have phoned virgin for their vid but the auto message keeps asking me to speak louder and I have tried shouting and still get "speak louder" ...

Does anybody know of the web link to request the virgin vid on line - have tried but can't find it.

..... I'd really be interested to know what you think of the Universal video - the first one they issued had such excrutiatingly hammy "actors" ( I use the word advisedly!!) - that I've been scared to request any more from them LOL!
I do like all the WDW ones though and it is great that we can get these free!

Universal Video arrived yesterday morning...........yes, it was certainly cheesy........but it was the same as one we already had...........aaagghh.
Never mind...............we still watched it, again, and again.........

Got 2 vids from Virgin - fab video especially showing the evening shows (medival times etc) which are not shown in universal or disney - obviously cos they are biased to their sites.

Universal vid arrived, yes same as a couple of years back - same actors (?) but still enjoyable.
