Disney Video Rumors

Does anyone know if there are any videos out there or in the works of how they built WDW? I watch Vault Disney and have yet to come across a show that actually shows a lot of footage on the construction. I did though the other night see a great show on how DL was constructed. I did get suckered into buying that new video for WDW. The 4 park video. It makes you think its about the construction and how WDW came to be but its actually a ploy to make you lonesome for WDW. I am sure all the Travel agents have it and use it to sale their vacations. If they don't they should. It would be a great idea. I'd give mine to them. If you haven't bought it and are thinking of doing it. Let me say DON'T! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!

Just seconding scauzilloc's advice not to buy the current 4 park video. The quality is awful (both production and image) and there really isn't very much that's new. I am very disappointed with this video.

In December there will be a DVD released as part of a new Disney historical collection. The DVD will contail episodes of the Disneyland TV show. I do recall seeing a show on the Disney Channel a long time ago, I think it was part of a series, and it detailed the construction and planning of Disney World.

I'd imagine that these would also be in line to be released later on as part of the historical series of DVD's.
