Disney VHS tapes

I found this very funny. I posted that we love the old VHS because we don't seem to have problems with them like we do with DVDs and I also posted that I never find Disney VHS for less than $2 (at our Goodwill they are usually $3).

This weekend we attempted to watch one of our older Disney VHS (Angels in the Outfield) and found that the quality had gotten so bad we had to throw it away.

Also this weekend I was at Goodwill and found three Disney movies we don't have. They were not marked with a price and the sign was missing. When I went to pay I asked the price and they were on sale for $.50 each.

Obviously someone read my comments and decided to prove me wrong.

our thrift store in town has all vhs for .39 each and at the one 10 min away, all vhs are .10

Thanls for this thread. I have soooo many Disney VHS tapes from 22 years ago. When my dd-22 was born, the week she came home from the hospital my dh ran out to Blockbuster and purchased Fantasia since he thought she would like the music and colors. Then, every time they said one was going into the vault, he had to run out and purchase those too. We have all of the videos even the ones they say are no longer politically correct. I think I have a VHS tape player but not even sure and really dont know why I still have them but like most of you, just cant seem to part with them.

I kept those vhs tapes for years, still have a couple, but we had so many and they take up so much room that when we moved a few years back, I sent them to goodwill. I have most of them on dvd now and they rarely get watched, except for the month or so before a WDW trip.
