Disney vacation question

Hello, im not exactly sure where i should of posted this so if its the wrong section please tell me where it should go. Thank you!!! Here it is!! Our vacation is on the 20th of September and we had a family emergency and so we were unable to make the payment for this month and its due on the 6th and that is 45 days before our trip. Now, i called the disney vacation line and they gave me over to a supervisor and he said he will put a note on our bill saying that we will be making our final payment on september 1st. And, has anyone ever done this before and have they held it or do you think that they will or will not hold it? What is everyones opinion on this? Thank you for your answers!!!

I would not worry. If you spoke to a supervisor and you kept good notes from your call you should be fine. You do need to make your payment as discussed and once made I would call to verify everything is good. Disney is the best and understands life!

I agree. If you have it documented I think they will honor it. I'm sure it's a case by case thing. It also helps you aren't going during a peak time like Christmas. One thing we did was cancel our meal plan to pay off our trip to avoid using a credit card and a few weeks later we called and added it back in and paid for it then.
