Can someone please tell me the number I can call to request a vacation guide/video and any other type thing that I can order from Disney?

Try www.disneyworld.com, you can order a video or dvd from there.

I just tried that and could not find DVD at all. tried to order video and it kept telling me to enter my address even though I had entered it and it kept adding weird characters to my posting each time I hit submit when it came back up saying it needed address.

I called the 1-407-W-Disney to order my DVD. I'm not sure if there is a 1-800 # that can be used but I'm sure if there is, someone will pass it along to you.
