It's great to be a DVC owner.

I have been to Disney many times and finally became a DVC member this past summer. Our first trip "home" will be this August and I can't wait. I have stayed at two vacation club resorts so far and have loved them both. One difference is that you don't get housekeeping service daily like you do if you weren't a DVC member. But that isn't such a big deal. I think the program is great!

We like it. We plan on going to Disney or one of the DVC locations every year. We looked at it as a savings. IN the past we have stayed at moderate resort or deluxes figuring that we would spend from $1500 to $2500 just for one week. We feel that after 7 years DVC had already will pay for itself. :smooth:

DVC is great. We've been members since 1997 and own at both Old Key West and Beach Club Villas. Try looking at the DVC forum which will give you a lot of information. Some of it is that DVC is not a great value unless you want to use all of your points at WDW.

I may be naive, but I think about it as forced savings for vacation. We have been twice and stayed at our DVC home, Old Key West; took my DS down to celebrate her 50th birthday; been on a Disney Cruise; had a wonderful vacation at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica last summer and have made three trips to NYC. I don't think that we would have done half of this if were didn't have the DVC.

We love DVC!
We have been owners since 1999, and we feel that it is the best purchased we have ever made. It has allowed us to take vacations (at a luxury level) that we could not have afforded if we paid cash.

Check out the DVC forum for information and to ask questions. There are 2 boards there, so be sure to check out both!

Definitely been a DVC member since 93 and I still love it!!!

one of the best things I have never brought. (I am single person - but I share with family/friends)

We just joined in December and are loving it. The reason we joined is that we know prices will go up, so we are locked into the lower prices. We also had the means to join now, where as we may not in a few years if I quit work and stay home with kids. That way we can still afford to take kids on great vacations. Do stop by the DVC forums on this board--there is a wealth of knowledge and many friendly DVCers that will answer questions for you. They were a lot of help when we were deciding to join.

We love being DVC members. There are alot of options, and you have more flexibility than you would with some other timeshare deals. You can go where ever you want, whenever you want as long as you have the right amount of points.

We have stayed at several of the resorts, including Disney's Vero Beach Resort, which is beautiful.

You can't go wrong with this purchase.
