So my plan is to buy my disney GC at Target using my red card to save 5%. I'm wondering if I open a DVA and add those to it tonight can I use my account right away to book my trip? I saw something about having the account open for 120 days. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this. TIA!

If must be open for 120 days if you want to receive the bonuses you receive for every $1000 you spend ($20 gift card).

So if i pay my deposit, and just keep adding the gc over the next 120 days, I would be eligible as long as my trip is paid off by the 45 day mark?

I should have clarified better. Any payments made after the 120 day mark will qualify for the bonus gift cards. However, there have been reports here that some people have received them despite making payments prior to the 120 day mark.
