I had a question regarding the Disney Savings Account thing that was talked about during Rapid Fire. I was wondering...if you use a credit card for auto withdrawals...doesn't it count as a CASH ADVANCE??? Or is Disney "charging" our cards to put it into our savings account with them? I know that with cash advances there's ALWAYS a fee involved. Just wondering to save listeners a headache down the road

My experience was that it showed up strictly as a 'charge' on my credit card to the Disney Vacation Account - not as a Cash Advance.

I cannot seem to find the search function with the new boards, but the Budget Board didn't have many threads on the first three or four pages. Just some not very active threads about using gift cards for your Disney Vacation Account.

The main reason I would like a DVA would be for in-park purchases -- including and most notably restaurants. Neither are options. So I'll wait and see.
