Disney Vacation Account Issues?

Has anyone else had problems this week accessing their Disney Vacation Account? I've been trying for three days and still can't get in. The first day I ended up calling about it and found out they were having technical difficulties. She had a hard time even finding my account which has been active for six months now. She finally found it, we tried resetting things, still no luck. I decided to wait and see if they got the technical issues fixed. Two days later now and I'm getting a "you can't access with that information" and a "you don't have an account" message. Of course customer service doesn't open up for another hour. Anyone else having issues this week?

This thread is from Saturday.

So, you're not alone. There are plenty of other problems that have been posted over the last few years, but that's the most recent one on the Budget Board. The DVA is fraught with IT problems.

Thank you for that information! I would say it makes me feel a little better, but when it comes to my money... Guess I'll be sitting on the phone this morning. :chat:

I'm still trying to get my $400 back that magically disappeared before my eyes on the 21st. I can't seem to talk to anyone about it though, everyone I get just takes my information for the accounting department. :confused3

I did finally get mine fixed. I spent almost an hour on the phone and pretty much jumped through hoops. They are obviously having some major glitch issues. I'm still able to log in, which is an accomplishment. But it's not just DVA's, it's other disney sites as well. I found I can't log into my Disney Movie Rewards account now. It's not as important, so I'll wait to call when I have more time. But it is frustrating....

You can try to log into your Disney Movie Rewards site with the same info as your DVA.
All Disney sites are linked

All Disney sites are linked, including ESPN. Some folks have found that when they set a password to fill out a March Madness bracket, they inadvertently changed their Disney password.

Yes in mar I have problems to access my account and Today have the same problem...

yep :( I called Sunday and again yesterday. Hoping they fix it soon. I will be requesting my money and I think done DVA. It is one thing to have trouble with My Disney Experience (which was fixed on Sunday), but not an account involving my money. Thank goodness my regular bank never has these problems.

My trip is in 2017 and I think the same close the account because I have more bad times than the benefits. I'll have to be stronger :dogdance: and keep my savings in my bank account that dont have problems . This is something that makes my Disney is a traumatic experience than joyful and magical :crazy2::sad2:.
Disney should be more efficient with this issue and at least send messages when they have problems with the system.

I know what you mean because I like having my money designated for just my trip (unless I request a refund). And I love when I can log in and see my graph/savings.

I just logged in with no problems. My only beef with the DVA is that they should sent out a monthly statement.

I honestly don't understand why people continue to have the DVA. I see threads everywhere with nothing but problems and online battles to get your own money.

Amyy your problems with DVA to log in is solve??

Hi
I'm having the same problem, tells me I don't have an acct.

I have sent 2 Emails with No response....

I called the number listed 4079397734. She told me she isnt DVA but internet support, and to call 4079397626.
I reached RSVP line She told me to call 18776504327- Disney Gift card. he transferred me to DisneyStore.com
I called back the 4079397734 Za She said she can only rest my password. And keeping asking me about DVC, and Dis Experience App.
She appeared to overlook my concern about the DVA.

Is there any direct number.

I think this is the number I have used to speak to a real person twice. It hasn't solved anything, but I will be calling again. Edit to delete the numbers I used because someone has posted a different one so I guess I had the wrong number.

Hi - I had a problem where DVA was saying there was no account linked to my email, but I had written it down and was positive it was correct. I also had the entire 16 digit account number.

I called Saturday and they "logged" my issue. Today, I called again, but this time directly to CA and my issue was resolved within two hours after I hung up. I can now access my account fine again, there was a "backend issue" which means the system deleted my account because they thought it was a duplicate.

Anyway, the number you need to call is 714-520-6222. They know what they are talking about and have technical people right there to help.

Hope that helps.

I sent Disney an email a few days ago when they charged my credit count the regular payment. I was a bit livid that hadn't been suspended given my account still couldn't be accessed. I request a refund and to close my account. I received an email this afternoon that they have refunded me and deactivated my account. The amount sounds like what it should be. I am SO happy to be getting access to my money!
