hello! I requested my bonus gift cards from paying off a vacation with my DVA. However, I never got any kind of email saying they received my request or that it was approved. Am I supposed to? Or do I just have to wait and hope it went through? I tried calling, and they said they only have access to requests made by phone, not through the website...
