Disney Vacation Account and Onboard Credit

Hi everyone,

We are going on our first disney cruise and I was wondering if it is possible to transfer funds from our Disney vacation account to onboard credit? Any help/tips?

Yes, did it yesterday for our May cruise. Just call them.

Yes, call 800-511-9333 with your DVA number and tell them how much you want to put in there. They will give you a confirmation number and send an email confirmation with the amount in your onboard account.

In the unlikely event that you add more credit to the onboard account than you spend on the cruise, the balance will be return to your vacation account. Had this happen when we had planned on 2 cabanas at Castaway Cay for our group of 15. Ship was unable to dock due to rough seas. That just gave me a start on the savings for the next cruise
