Is that a offer that is usually around, or should I grab that quickly as it may disappear at any point?

I'm not sure how often it's on there other than it's on there a lot. There are likely some people on the Universal board who watch it more closely than me who could tell you. However, since you can buy a ticket now to use years and years from now, it's best to buy them as soon as you're ready in case the price goes up.
