Disney USA/DLP

Hi, anyone from the US that can give advice on a trip to DLP. Part of the family wants to visit Paris and the other half wants to go to Disney World (Florida).
How accessible is it to sightsee while at DLP? How do I find out the US price for a room? Is there a meal plan? There are seven of us, can we fit in 2 rooms?

Any help would be appreciated...

Frankly, it is best to start reading the 'useful information' stickies on this site. There is all kinds of information there

• there is a limited half board meal plan, but not very good value
• DLRP is actually FAR better than the Magic Kingdom at WDW and at least on par with DL in CA; many of the attractions are far better at DLRP
• are you referring to sightseeing in Paris? 40 minutes via RER
• you can check www.expedia.de for room only rates (NOT the American version of Expedia)

I am going to DLP next week after the New Year. I booked it on the DLP website. Very easy and got my confirm emailed immediately which is my entire itinerary. You can add meals to your plan or can call after booking to add the meals. There is a tour out of Disney into Paris that is for the day. We are doing that. You could also just get on the train and go into Paris.
Do read the boards. They will give you lots of info.
I believe you can fit 4 in one room. Two double beds or there are family rooms which sleep 5.
Or you can stay in Paris and take a tour to Disney for those who are more geared to Paris.
