ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Disney and union representatives will meet with federal negotiators this week to try to prevent a strike. The two sides have spent months trying to work out a new contract for employees.

In October, Disney offered a $550,000 bonus and three incremental raises. However, workers voted it down, partly because the company wanted them to pay more for health insurance.

I'd switch to full time for a 550k bonus. LOL Might even consider a transfer to custodial.
